Eligibility
Outstanding musicians, who are students of IBA members, in grades 9 -12 are eligible for All-State Band.  The student must be a member in good standing of his/her school’s band program throughout the school year. All participants are required to attend all rehearsals and the performance for the All-State Festival weekend (March 7, 8, and 9, 2008). Students must verify their availability.  We ask that students not audition if they cannot make a commitment to attend the entire All-State Festival weekend.

Cost
Once members are selected there will be a $100.00 registration fee assessed per All-State Band member to cover meals, music, guest conductors, etc.  There will also be a housing fee of $50.00 to cover two nights of lodging and transportation between the hotel and the Musical Arts Center.
Total fee = $150.00 per student.
