Evaluation Instructions

Below are the steps you need to take to make evaluations/recommendations for your All-Region and/or All-District student applicants..  Evaluations must be completed by midnight Saturday, September 15.  Hosts may begin the selection process on Sunday, September 16.  Any application that does not have a director evaluation/recommendation will be discarded.

1. Click on the appropriate link below and then use the email address and password you created when you registered your school.

2. Evaluate each student by clicking on the red button next to the student’s name.  When the evaluation has been completed the button will appear green.
3. The evaluation site will retain all completed evaluations so that you may do them in multiple sessions.  Simply close the page and the next time login again.  If you do not see the green button, the evaluation is not complete and the data will not be saved.
4. If you would like to view or edit the musical information that a student entered on their application, click on the paper and pencil edit icon.
5. If you wish to remove a student from consideration, click on the Trash Can icon for that student.  Some students accidentally completed more than one application for the same instrument, please remove any duplications.
6. When you have competed all the evaluations you will then have a screen that prompts you to rank each student within all of your students applying on that instrument.
7. Finally, you will have a list of all your student applicants to rank overall.
