All-District / All-Region Evaluations

Click on the appropriate link below and then use the email address and password you created when you registered your school.   All-District Evaluations All-Region Evaluations

Evaluate each student by clicking on the red button next to the student’s name.  The evaluations use a 5 point scale with 1 being the best. (5 = average, 3 = above average, 1 = outstanding)  When the evaluation has been completed the button will appear green.  Remember that previous participation does not guarantee acceptance again.  The selections are made based on this year's evaluations, rankings and your comments.

The evaluation site will retain all completed evaluations so that you may do them in multiple sessions.  Simply close the page and the next time login again.  If you do not see the green button, the evaluation is not complete and the data will not be saved.

If you would like to view or edit the musical information that a student entered on their application, click on the paper and pencil edit icon.

If you wish to remove a student from consideration, click on the Trash Can icon for that student.  Some students completed more than one application for the same instrument.  Please remove any duplicates.  You may find a blank entry.  This occurs when the system times-out for taking too long to complete the application.

When you have completed all the evaluations you will then have a screen that prompts you to rank each student within the other students applying on that instrument.  NEW: A list will appear for each instrument.  Touch on a student name and drag within the list to complete the ranking. Do this for each instrument in which you have multiple applications.  When this is complete press FINALIZE.
